Each day includes two thoughtfully designed movement sessions combining yoga and pilates, focused on strength, mobility, and mindful flow. A guided reflection and journaling session supports inner clarity, personal alignment, and sustainable reset. Between sessions, enjoy time for nature walks, rest, and the calming sauna overlooking the lake and mountains.
Unwind in the private lakeside sauna, breathe in the alpine air, and allow space for true restoration. This retreat balances gentle structure with spaciousness — giving you time to integrate, rest, and reconnect in a small, supportive group.
You’ll be nourished with a homemade breakfast each morning and a modern Alpine three-course dinner in the evening. Seasonal, high-quality ingredients create meals that support both energy and enjoyment — simple, grounding, and deeply satisfying.
